Advanced polling and quizzing for meetings in zoom app
There are a number of options you can use when it comes to polling questions for meetings, including single choice or multiple choice questions, while advanced polling also provides options such as matching, ranked choice, short answer, and long answer questions. If you want the poll to function as a quiz, you can also select the correct answers in order to have it work as a poll.
The poll can be launched during the meeting and you will be able to gather responses from the participants during the meeting. As a result of the polling results, you can view a full breakdown of the responses, including the answer times for each participant, in this polling report, which is available for you to download after the meeting by default, but you can also access it during the live session. It is also possible to conduct an anonymous poll if you do not wish to collect any information about your poll participants with the results of your poll.
As well as creating and launching basic polls, you can also customize them.
It is also possible to create standard polls in a webinar, as well as advanced polls.

Clients on the web
-

*Note: In addition to mobile apps for iOS and Android, polling can also be handled by desktop clients, but hosts must use the desktop client in order to manage polls.
Limitations for advanced polling
-
When a meeting is being conducted, by default, only the meeting host is able to edit a poll or add a poll to the meeting. A user who is assigned the role of host or co-host will not be able to launch a poll when the host or co-host role has been transferred to another user. There are options for allowing alternative hosts to add polls to the site, but the host must enable the setting for allowing alternative hosts to add polls to the site when setting up the alternative host.
-
You must make sure that each participant in the meeting is using the supported version or a higher version in order to see or participate in advanced polls or quizzes during the meeting. It is advisable to join the service through the web client instead of updating to the minimum version if you are unable to do so.
-
A single meeting can have a maximum of 50 polls, each with a maximum of 50 questions, and each poll can have a maximum of 50 responses.
-
There will only be a poll report for the last occurrence of a poll in the poll report if the poll is relaunched in a meeting. You may want to consider creating a second poll with the same questions as the original if you know you will need to launch the same poll twice, so that you do not have to launch it again.
-
You must upload images in either PNG or JPEG format, and the image size must not exceed 2 MB.
