Change the Date and Time Format on Desk Phones in webex

Desk phones can be changed to display the time and date in a different format

In some situations, such as a conference room or a desk phone, you may be able to modify the way the default date and time formats are displayed.

Depending on your country or region, the default format of the date and time will vary. In the case of the United States, for example, the default format is MM/DD/YY and it takes 12 hours to calculate the date.

  1. The customer view on Webex is accessed from https://admin.webex.com. From there you can click Contact > Settings and then select Services.
  2. Click on the Format Date and Time button and change the format accordingly.

Your organization’s desk phones will automatically be updated as soon as new software is released. Devices connected to Cisco Webex Rooms are not affected by this setting.
