Choose Cisco Jabber Call Options on Cellular Network in webex

There is a way for you to disable the VoIP call over mobile network if you do not wish to receive calls or make calls on a mobile network.

1. You can access the Call Options by tapping the Settings button on the home screen.
2. Disable the capability to make calls over a cellular network by tapping on Disable call functionality.

The following changes occur when the VoIP is disabled on cellular networks:

• There is a problem with Cisco Jabber’s phone services.

• Cisco Jabber does not support VoIP calls or receiving incoming calls from Cisco Jabber.

• There is a reduction in battery consumption.

Under the Settings option, you can enable or disable Cisco Jabber calls over cellular networks as you see fit.

As a result of disabling the call function on the cell network, you will be able to:

• The phone services have been disconnected.

• We are not receiving any incoming calls at this time.

• Cisco Jabber calls cannot be made via Cisco Jabber.

• Jabber’s battery consumption has been reduced as a result.

• Click on the Settings button.
• Under the Call section, you will find options for making a call.

There will be a window that opens up displaying the capabilities of calling over cellular networks. The capability to make calls over cellular networks can be achieved in three different ways:

• The default setting is to play only audio

• Video and audio recordings should be used

• Disable the call function on the phone

• There is a Disable call function that you can select.
