Sharing your screen in Zoom Rooms using share.zoom.us
The Zoom Rooms display can be accessed through share.zoom.us. In addition, you may share content directly from your computer, laptop, or mobile device to a Zoom Room using direct sharing, Airplay, or via wired HDMI connectivity.

How to share your screen
Note:
By default, the Zoom Room controller will not enable video or audio when initiating a screen share from your laptop or mobile device.
- Meetings can be started or joined in a Zoom Room.
- To do so, tap the Share Content button.
- Visit share.zoom.us in a web browser.
- Click on the Share Screen button after entering the meeting ID or linking to a personal URL. A sharing key can also be entered if you wish.
- Zoom can be opened by opening your browser when prompted.
- To share your screen or application, all you have to do is click Share when you are prompted.

How to switch between the shared screen and participants’ video
- Meetings can be started or joined in Zoom Rooms.
- Use the Zoom Room controller to share a screen.
- Choose Options from the Change View menu.
- You can switch between shared screens and participants’ video by tapping Swap Content.
